One of the most important lessons of life is how to make your own choices. There are very few things in life that you truly have to do. You do everything else -- going to work, doing household chores, going to see relatives during the holidays -- by your own choice. Ask yourself this question -- if I am not enjoying what I'm doing, then why am I doing it?

Determine its value -- I choose to work because I get a paycheck. I choose to eat healthy. I choose to clean my home so I have a comfortable place to be. Once you have done that, then you can begin to truly make your OWN choices. Stop living life with have-to's -- they take away your power. Embrace Change by taking a fresh new looking at all the choices in your life.
