When life brings you something that you didn't choose, how do you begin to move on when you feel trapped and scared?  No one knows this more than breast cancer survivors and their families.   Ron helped the members of Friends For Life learn how to Embrace the Power of Change and begin to take their power back.  Diagnosis is just the beginning of a new journey.  Knowing how to live in the moment and celebrate life is the key to winning the battle for survivors and their families.

The Friends For Life Foundation, based in  Commack, NY, provides an opportunity for breast cancer survivors to offer their knowledge, experience and optimism to those women currently undergoing treatment. Friends for Life Foundation aims to serve as a place for women who have completed treatment to find comfort and offer aid to those still struggling with the disease. This active solidarity “is what separates us and sets us apart from other breast cancer support groups."
